| Applicable Rules for General Cargo Rate, Specific Commodity Rate, Premium Rate for Specific Time Period, and Discount Rate for Specific Items |

| (1) |
Charges for carriage of general cargo will be computed on the basis of the weight of the package. Fractions of a kilogram will be assessed at the charge for the next higher kilogram. |
| (2) |
Cubic measurements exceeding 6,000 cubic centimeters per kilogram will be assessed on the basis of one kilogram for each 6,000 cubic centimeters, and measurements of 6,000 cubic centimeters or less will be charged for as one kilogram. |
| (3) |
Cubic measurements will be based on the greatest rectangular dimensions of the package. |
| (4) |
In computing the rate and charge per kilogram of a shipment with a gross weight of 45 kg or over, fractions of less than one yen will be rounded off to one yen. |
| (5) |
For the amount of net charge for carriage in the air waybill that is made out per package, fractions of less than five yen will be rounded off to five yen, and fractions of five yen to less than ten yen will be rounded off to ten yen. |

Precedence of Rates
When different rates subject to different minimum quantities are provided on the same commodity, the lower of the charges specified below will apply:
(a) The charge computed on the quantity shipped at the rate applicable to such quantity.
(b) The charge computed on the next greater quantity, for which a lower rate is provided at the rate applicable to such greater quantity.
Similar considerations apply when a discount rate is applied to a commodity that meets the minimum quantity of the Discount Rate for Specific Items, for which a lower rate is provided at the rate applicable to such quantity. |

Rates and charges for carriage will include consumption tax (including local consumption tax). |

| Rules Applicable for Air Container Rate |
|
|
| (1) |
For application of the Air Container Rate, one air container shall have one shipper, and the container will be accepted as one shipment.

As defined in Article 16 of Chapter 4 of the Conditions of Carriage, a single shipment means one or more pieces of goods accepted by the carrier from one shipper at one time and at one address under the same applicable charge payment method, receipted for in one lot and moving on one air waybill to one consignee at one destination address. |

The rates for the carriage of air containers will be computed according to the Air Container Rate, provided that the rates are computed based on the number of containers rather than the volume of cargo on board. For a shipment that cannot be contained in a container due to capacity limitations, an air waybill will be made out and the General Cargo Rate will be applied to the shipment. |
| (3) |
The load capacity per container shall meet the standards separately set forth by Galaxy Airlines. |
| (4) |
The Air Container Rate cannot be applied to items qualified for the Specific Commodity Rate, except for which the Air Container Rate will be applied. |

The Air Cargo Rate includes consumption tax (including local consumption tax). |

Ad Valorem Tariff |
|
When the declared value of each shipment exceeds 30,000 yen, the uniform ad valorem tariff of 21 yen will be applied per 10,000 yen or its fractions. |

The communication charge is necessary for the notification of arrival.

Consumption Tax |
|
All the rates and charges for carriage include consumption tax (including local consumption tax). |
